Our company pays much attention to product training. Every new staff will get involved in a training program concerning the product we sell for nearly a month. After attending our department, there are rich training course we can attend. We can learn the structure, advantages of our product in these training class. Moreover, the company will invite guys outside our office to give us professional training about how to get connection to our customers etc. All of us benefit a lot from these training.
