To guarantee the normal work of the instrument, to the instrument for regular maintenance is very important. Therefore, in order to put the instrument in the best state work, except the operating personnel to this instrument performance has a more comprehensive understanding of the staff also often to the instrument for some daily maintenance , so as to reduce the instrument in use process because of failure and affect the accuracy of the results, and reducing the instrument malfunction and produce the waste of resources. At the same time in during the work that the instrument has alarm to make timely corresponding processing.    1 Instrument Maintain   For keeping the ideal state of work, must be carefully safeguard. Maintenance is divided into daily, weekly, monthly, and every two weeks a year. The daily work is often do maintenance summarized as follows:

   1,1 Daily Maintenance    In order to get the best results, this machine has been in the state to boot. Reduce instrument "on" and "off" times. Before working every day to check  the amount of liquid whether enough, and reagent liquid surface height should ensure that no less than 210 cm high. Check waste liquid barrels of liquid surface height, confirmed that waste liquid to smoothly to waste in the barrel and, when necessary, to empty the waste liquid. To avoid causing waste liquid pipe of the jam by blood clot formation, every time to complete daily work to implement a waste liquid pipe cleaning process.

     1.2 Weekly Maintenance    Brush the instrument appearance, automatic vacuum device, sample than color dish interval part (not including than color dish holder) with  0.1 mol/L HCl and then use deionized water rinse. Clean needles to ensure that remove the needle protein and other internal and external sediments. When the specimens spatter to automatic vacuum device, or samples than color dish interval parts, to automatic vacuum sample device, color sensors and measuring cup than two of the room light path parts for cleaning. With 0.1 mol/L HCl dilute solution of clean cloth or after soaking wipe a swab than two color cup sensor vertical plane, then use deionized water cleaning and clean cloth or a swab dry.

    2.1 The instrument shows "INCUBATION TEMP OUT OF RANGE"means the temperature of the color storehouse is high  (39 ~ 50 ℃) or low (20 ~ 36 ℃), correct temperature is 38.5 ℃. Treatment: if the instrument shows the temperature too high, then check the ventilators and around of exhaust equipment whether in the range of the instrument .If display temperature too low, then check the heater device and the temperature around, best is greater than 15 ℃, if correct mistakes after still exist, then contact please engineer.

    2.2 The instrument shows "CYCLE ABORTED NO FLUSH OPTIC ERROR) means liquid finished, and light path ERROR occurred. The cases above except's participation,there is another solution,staff take the washing liquid into than liquid, the device also will alarm this ERROR.Treatment:When change the liquid,take care the right liquid.

   2.3 The instrument shows "NOT IDENTIFIED SAMPLE IN POS" means samples and sample plate input the actual Numbers do not tally. Treatment: to check input samples and make the number of the actual equal to the input amount.
